The latest addition to Stena Line’s Irish Sea fleet, Stena Estrid, has completed her sea trials in China’s Yellow Sea, and is expected to arrive in Europe early in the new year.
Stena Estrid is the first of five new “E-Flexer” vessels, three of which are planned to operate on Stena Line’s Irish sea routes from Dublin to Holyhead and Belfast to Liverpool in the next two years.
Her sister ship Stena Edda will start on the Belfast to Liverpool route in Spring 2020, while Stena Embla will be introduced on that route in early 2021.
