The Congestion could be 6 days a week if Oscar Wilde makes a summer sunset retirement.

They've had all winter to sort her out and order the necessary parts (it's no secret her engines are screwed and they've had MONTHS to find the problems).  CAT have been in attendance during the layup mind (unless someone else was using their van).  If they can't sort it they'll maybe send her down for Easter to run at reduced speed before sending her for more maintenance when passenger demand falls back off again.  If she's not able to operate over Easter the only other alternative would seem to be to keep Yeats at Holyhead and I doubt there is much appetite for that!  Even if Oscar hangs about she doesn't have the required freight space - Swift is really just about adding passenger capacity to Epsilon these days.

Swift is scheduled for Dry Dock in May. I assume thats when the long term parts fix will take place.

Swift was doing 27 knots down the irish sea last night. Nothing wrong with that at all
