September 2021 we did a short break in Bayeux. It has an excellent range of restaurants and is really central for doing the Normandy beaches, War cemeteries & Sainte-Mère-Église. We also traveled one day from Bayeux down to Mont Saint-Michel.
We used AirBNB on this occasion, but going again next year and using a hotel. 

Superfast VIII Appears to be back in service on this mornings sailing to Cairnryan.

Looks well.

Just seen the Maria Grazia Onorato was in Dublin this morning. This was FSG #776 and was next in the build hall after WBY.

No she was before WBY. Leevsten and Leikut came after WBY

Horizon has left the building dock and looks to be leaving Belfast at long last, next stop Rosslare hopefully !!

Seems to on the freight schedule for tomorrow, but you can't make a public booking until 17/05.

Bluestar 1 due to leave Dublin and pick up the 20:45 Rosslare - Pembroke this evening.
WBY due to leave Belfast 18:00 and do tomorrows Cherbourg run.

WBY has just left Dublin with destination Belfast. Going by Belfast harbour traffic she is expected to be there for a week.

On Another note I hear Blue Star 1 is coming to Dublin to releive WB Yeats for Drydocking repairs.I would presume its to have her new Upper Bow dooor fitted ,

Looking at booking engine, it looks like WBY arrives back into Dublin on 2nd May and is not back sailing until 10 May. Only appears to the normal weekend Epsilon sailings happening.

No signs of WBY on the Belfast Harbour schedule yet.

European Causeway had a bit of trouble off Larne this afternoon. Reports of total engine failure. At one stage I counted 3 lifeboats, a SAR helicopter, a tug and the Queen Victoria cruise ship coming to her aid. Seems to have then made her own way into port accompanied by the tug and lifeboats.
