Whey would there be Stena crew on board . This is  Brittany Ferries  operation .

I think Steven probably means Northern Marine Management crew. The ship is Stena RoRo owned and crewed by NMM which is a Stena group company.

WB is in dry-dock at the Damen Shipyard in Dunkirk. According to Dunkirk port she is then scheduled to leave on Friday with Rotterdam as her destination?

The Dunkerque port website shows her next destination as Cherbourg which is what is expected? I thought she was to work a sailing from there to Dublin at the weekend?

Adventurer has been running about 2 hours late since yesterday. Any ideas as to why?

I believe she is running on three engines due to maintenance.

Stena Nordica has taken over the 08.00 departure from Rosslare this morning, Europe has stayed in Rosslare. Possibly some gremlins following the refit.

Took a strange track last night leaving Rosslare.

Almost certainly weather routing

Weather Cancelation tonight.

Not Stena... Isle of Inishmore is cancelled for a roundtrip supposedly due to the weather 🤔

Stena Nordica is doing tonight's crossing!

Presumably she will soon be off to other pastures. The Nordica is a great little ambassador (pun) for Stena. They seem to just throw her on any crossing or charter and she does what is expected of her. I can't ever remember her having any technical issues. I wish her and her crew all the best wherever her next sailings may be.

Her regular route is Karlskrona-Gdynia

This afternoons Epsilon sailing...
"Irish Ferries regrets to advise that due to berth congestion, the MV Epsilon Cruise Ferry is delayed by approximately 30 mins. Irish ferries would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay"
Four vessels into two berths is not a good idea (when the swift is running) Congestion in Dublin is becoming a major problem and is set to get worse as works to improve the port proceed.

This could be the reason they might switch French services back to Rosslare in 2020. There are definitely rumours to that effect doing the rounds plus there have been too many occasions where berth congestion at Dublin has led to too many delays this year.

The News Board / Re: P&O Fleet Movements
September 18, 2019, 06:09:21 AM
I haven't seen this reported on here but P&O put a notice out to customers last week stating the European Causeway has been delayed in dry dock. The ship is at Cammell Laird since 3rd September and was due back around 20-22 September but it looks as if she won't return until 3rd October at the earliest.

It's not a criticism, but I find it strange how companies like Stena Line and Irish Ferries have almost their every move scrutinised on forums like this while companies like P&O largely go unnoticed!

Europe now at 21.5 knts and about to pass Holyhead, due in Liverpool now at 12.

I believe she is not going to Cammell Laird and instead will be berthed in Liverpool Docks. Surely if she was bound for Laird's her ais destination would say Birkenhead instead of Liverpool?

I guess much of the work people are expecting them to have done is pure speculation. It would be worth remembering that the likely purpose of such a life extending refit is to deal with many technical aspects of the ship, below decks so to speak. I would suggest there will be very little change to passenger areas which are in relatively decent shape anyway.

Sounds like there's another issue with STENA EUROPE keeping her from returning to service.  She'll be back when she's back I'm afraid.  Just a shame she's going to miss the entire summer season now!

If Stena Nordica is operating full is there an arrangement in place to transfer passengers and freight to Isle of Inishmore.
Like they do anyway you mean?

My understanding is that they are offering alternative travel via other Stena Line services

I read somewhere that they were going to swap the rosters of Stena Estrid and Stena Adventurer.

Hardly likely for the reasons above, mainly that Estrid will still be smaller than Adventurer and she seems to work the busier sailings.

26th August looks like the latest return date for the Europe, while featured on booking engine well before that, lots of sailings marked Sold Out, which would suggest Nordica is vessel expected to be covering these sailings.

Stena Europe crew are in Tuzla waiting to take Europe home, hopefully they will be on the way soon.

Or they've capped bookings until they know for sure the Europe will be back and incase she's not. Doesn't mean she will be as late as you suggest!
