Different approaches to tackling the oncoming storm. What factors drive these decisions and who makes them? The Master of the ship or the company?

It's the Captain that would make the decision, that was made clear by the investigation into Epsilon's bumpy crossing in 2016.

Full report for that is here.

Hi all,

Made a few slight changes to the site, main one being the template (it should be a bit more ascetically pleasing!).

You may need to do a hard refresh to make everything work (Windows it's Ctrl+Shift-F5, Mac it depends on the browser (Cmd + R in Safari, or in Firefox Cmd +Shift + R usually).

If anything doesn't work, let me know!

Kieran, came across this earlier, you probably have most of it covered. https://brexit.gov.gr/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/factsheet_1_travel_en_final.pdf

Also something around spending limits in the event of a no deal?

Thanks, will add those bits in!

Hi all,

I have tried to pull together some notes on the impact of Brexit on ferry travel between Northern Ireland/UK and Ireland/Europe, which are here. If anyone can think of any other information that would be useful in there, please let me know!

Hi all,

There have been some slight issues of late with adding attachments to posts, one way around it is to ensure images do not exceed 1MB.

You may get a time out when posting images of that size, but they do get added to the post. Needs some more work my side to properly resolve this.

No sailings scheduled for next weekend either on Cork Roscoff.  Bit of pain for those scheduling to start holiday of with BH weekend.

Is the Conamera doing an extra Roscoff run?

With her first visit to Cork Amorique holds the distinction as the only  Brittany Ferries vessel to have serviced every one of the companies destinations .

Has she been to Spain? Though the Barfleur was the only ship in the current fleet that's been to all ports...
