Is anybody else finding that marine traffic has been really poor in the last few months??

not picking up ships and when it does the data is really old?

Is anybody having hastle when they try to upload photos to marine traffic?

Ive tried a few times over the last month......with no luck. I am following the upload rules as far as i inderstand.

Interesting this. One of the things i really like about Stena are their policy of employing local (UK+ Irish) staff.

CIE have announced that their evening train from rosslare europort will now leave the harbour at 7.15pm!!

Can you believe it! passengers will now have time to catch the train rather than it leaving without them lol :D ;D ;) :)

Does anybody know how many tonnes of marine diesel/heavy fuel oil the likes of the oscar wilde or celtic horizon uses on each leg of its journey from rosslare to cherbourg?

Any ideas..would they use 3-4 tonnes of fuel per hour on average? I guess that the celtic horizon is far more fuel efficient as its a newer design of ship etc?

i noticed today that the isle did not undertaker her morning sailing. This happened a few weeks ago also, and maybe at other times when i didnt notice.

Do they decide not to sail to save money or is there a continuing technical issue?

Is due to arrive in rosslare on the 20th of October.

She is currently in Genoa and it looks like she is having her repaint.

Does Celtic have to now recruit a new crew for the ship or do the crew come with the lease?
