They got a line in about the pay cuts I see!

"Stena's need to cut costs came to a head last year, when the Belfast Telegraph revealed the firm was slashing pay for its casual workforce and for new permanent roles. Members of staff employed on zero-hours contracts saw their hourly pay drop from £8.41 to £7.60, representing a decline of almost 9%. New permanent roles starting in January 2016, meanwhile, were hit with pay cuts of up to 24%".
