If Ulysses is to make her scheduled return to service ex Dublin 0805 on Sunday, she will need to depart Gdansk today.

Ulysses is still stuck in Poland,

Are the ferries being affected by this travel ban that poland have. If so will Ulysses be able to leave Gdansk?

Poland has a ban on entering the country, (should be) no issues exiting.

As I type it is 22.00 hrs 18th  Irish time and Ulysses is still  alongside in Poland, so very unlikely she would make it to Dublin in 48 hours for 22.00 hrs on the 20th . She is listed by Dublin Port for arrival on the 23 of March at 05.30 hrs which seems more plausible .

4 tugs now around Ulysses. Must be getting ready to go.

Ulysses has now just left the entrance of Gdansk doing 7.5 knots (when I last checked). Does anyone else wonder if there was more work done beside the fitting of the exhaust scrubber?

IFPete

she might need to undergo sea trials. She is slowly speeded up.

Futureskipper

Ulysses was doing 14knots a while ago now she is doing 2.3knots

IFPete

Sea Trials,

As soon as they are happy with her she will be on her way,
