Assume she'll mainly be on the Dublin-Cherbourg run?

Mega Express 4 has left our shores. She is currently off Cornwall heading for Genoa. Such are the strictures of lockdown I never got to see her or travel on her but she seems to have done a pretty good job.

Sure is, lovely to see the send off.

There is also a nice video on the Facebook of Stena Europe and Inishmore passing each other for the last time after 20 years of sailing together on Ireland Wales routes

She didn't have a premium lounge in her previous guise but the IF website indicates they are offering one. I guess the forward lounge is the most likely space for it.

Dublin Swift is back on the IF booking engine from May 25th.

I don't think she will resume sailings for a bit yet as travel restrictions have not eased. Before she does resume she will be probably be dry-docked remembering she hasn't been in service for over 18 months.

Meant to post yesterday, Blue Star 1 used its speed on 28th April, leaving Pembroke at 17.09 and arriving in Rosslare at 19.47.just over 2hrs30mins for the crossing, possibly the fastest crossing from  Pembroke by a regular ferry.

Great asset for Irish Ferries to this ability to make up time if needed.
