Great images, lovely weather..

Impressive looking ferry.

Kieran

Nice photos, impressive looking ship alright!

With her first visit to Cork Amorique holds the distinction as the only  Brittany Ferries vessel to have serviced every one of the companies destinations .

Probably my favourite Ferry Company.
Spotless ships in every way.
Best food I have ever got on a ferry.
We freight drivers get 50% off in the restaurant when we produce our cabin key, so a good feed, bottle of red and desert comes in at under  €10.
Was on the Bretagne last night Portsmouth to St Malo.
Ship was full, great live music and magician, 4 acts in total until midnight.
Cabin, again shared with 1 other, clean, great shower.
Cabins for freight drivers on this ship are on deck 1, which is either on or just below the waterline, so quiet, perfect nights sleep.

Has she been to Spain? Though the Barfleur was the only ship in the current fleet that's been to all ports...

Chef

The members over at the Brittany Ferries Enthusiasts site seem to think so . Although this was not Amorique's first visit to Cork ,having done berthing trials around ten years ago this was here first visit with passengers and vehicles .

IFPete

She is a nice vessel , but very restricted in vehicle capacity for her size.

Due again this Saturday as Pont Aven still in Brest getting some work done. Arrival will be 8, spaces available on both Roscoff- Cork and Cork -Roscoff crossings.

Going to head to Ringaskiddy for a look, to see this ferry up close, amazed it only has 1,100 lane meters of car deck space, same as Stena Europe before latest refit.

Made it down to Ringaskiddy on Saturday evening as Armorique was coming in, very interesting ferry, not as big as I thought it was from the pictures but a very impressive back up for the Pont Aven.

Plenty of bikers and cars waiting to travel, nice boost for the local pub with stunning weather, Armorique crew must think Ireland has the best weather ! Both of its arrivals have had perfect conditions.

Pont Aven expected back next weekend.
