Pont Aven off service due to an engine room fire. Amorique covering Cork/Roscoff this weekend. Due in Ringaskiddy at 8pm Saturday night.

Seems an engine went bang, which is obviously not impossible to sail without but reduces options for busy season, making up time, maintenance, etc

Wonder have BF been making phone calls to GNV, a certain Oscar Wilde has left Belfast today and could provide cover if needed .......

She's on 3 engines until early next year when it will take approx 8 weeks to replace the faulty unit.

Wishful thinking surely?  GNV obviously have a plan for her.
