Stena Line not answering feedback

In recent months I've completed a number of "What Do You Think?" leaflets as well as an e-mail or two to Stena Line's Customer Services with feedback following sailings. To date I've not had the courtesy of a response to any. All were polite and constructive.

Is there a backlog? Why would this be?

I used to fill these forms in too after a journey, but never got any replies.  Sometimes they'd offer a few  €/£ off your next sailing as an incentive to respond, so at least you'd know they'd received it because you'd get that back.

The best you can hope for is that they do at least log your response and they make changes when several people suggest the same improvements.

I would think it would be a huge task to respond to every piece of feedback individually.  A thank you for you email message isn't hard to send and easily automated.  Then again, very impersonal as well.
