Perhaps it hasn't been updated yet but I have it on good authority Arrow will not operate Rosslare-Cherbourg. She did not and would not be certified to carry livestock on that route.

On the freight booking, it is listed as Arrow

It definitely won't be Arrow, she (unsurprisingly) failed to gain certification for live export. It'll be a totally different vessel.

The Stena Carrier has been approved and will be covering the route for the duration of the Horizon's dry dock estimated to be 4 weeks commencing the 20th February bye bye cows
