Perhaps it hasn't been updated yet but I have it on good authority Arrow will not operate Rosslare-Cherbourg. She did not and would not be certified to carry livestock on that route.

It definitely won't be Arrow, she (unsurprisingly) failed to gain certification for live export. It'll be a totally different vessel.
