Discussion Board / St Killian II, Everything required
December 21, 2011, 06:53:14 PM
Hello all, yet again I am asking for help on here, last year I decided that I would start building a very large (1m or so) model of the Killian II when I got finished with my various other models and projects. In the new year I plan to get started on it so what I need is as many pictures as possible of both the the Killin I & II (Post jomboisation) and literally any other material you can muster up. I'd really appreciate this, even deck pics would be especially helpful. I hope to keep a build log on here if people want to keep track and hope to start within the next couple of months.

Many many thanks for all of your help on this as well as everything else

Hi there, being a harbour nut as I am I have began to upload pics from my various books and sooner or later some of my own pics capturing the Harbours growth visitors, and everything else.

These pics hail from various books as described in the album and more will be added as I find the time, feel free to enjoy them, credits to the respective snappers too.

If you cant see them just add me on Facebook thats no problem, it is after all a Facebook album as Photobucket has become terrible :)

Discussion Board / GTS Finnjet model build
May 25, 2012, 05:29:44 PM
So seeing as how the forum has been a wee bit quiet i thought i'd throw up a progress report on my GTS Finnjet build. It's a 1/400 Revell model, as you can see some of the parts dont fit together flush wo when the model is built i shall be using isopon to fill the gaps followed by a respray. The Finnjet is definitely worth a read up, theres a great history behind this amazing ship.

Hi all, well the entire forum has been quite stressed lately and a little upset too and thats perfectly reasonably given the current situation, while all this has been going on i redecorated my kitchen, painted and everthing else but i added a little decor, my sittingroom is already full of prints and models and historical pics and stuff like that but it seems it has began to spread to my kitchen, check it out

Discussion Board / Identify this ship
July 27, 2011, 03:21:08 PM
Hello, recently I bought an original print of this postcard, in reasonably good nick too, the photo is taken in Rosslare Harbour, I'm just wondering if anyone could help me identify what ship it is in the picture?

Many thanks
