The W.B.Yeats departed Dublin yesterday 28/3 at 16h14 (Local time) but did not arrive into Cherbourg until 12h30 (Local time).  I have noticed that this appears to be a regular thing recently even though the 2024 timetable gives her scheduled arrival time as 11h30 (Local time). There was no apparent weather issue last night that would cause a delay in her sailing time, I wonder are they conserving fuel at the expense of good timekeeping.

Not so simple!  IF have paid €30m to FSG and they are unlikely to be able to recover much of that if they go elsewhere.

I just notice that IF have now put a menu up on website for the Lady Gregory restaurant.  It purports to be very upmarket and they have priced it accordingly.  Three courses comprising soup, appetisers and main course (no desserts) cost €59.95.  They must want to discourage people using the LG.

There was no sign of any change of flag on last Sunday 28 April in Belfast

As far as can be seen on the cabin videos there are no dvd players on the TVs and I would not have expected any.  As far as bringing a portable player with cable, I expect that it would not be possible to connect to TVs in cabins as TVs are mounted flat on the cabin walls with no access to connection points at their back.

The menu and pricing in Lady Gregory sounds exactly like what was on offer on OW Berneval waiter service restaurant and priced the same (other than an increased wine minimum cost).
