I think it is important we remember this is not solely down to Brexit... there are also restrictions on movement across these islands and this is having an impact as well.
Having said that, many Northern Irish hauliers are avoiding the Dublin routes now after a significant move towards them over the last few years.

Stena have announced the cancellation of a number of sailings on the Irish Sea this weekend due to the large downturn in business being suffered as a result of brexit. A total of 12 sailings have been cancelled this weekend including the 0800 from Rosslare to Fishguard on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (and obviously the return legs). The 0215 from Dublin to Holyhead on Sunday and Monday have also been cancelled.
