here we are just entering feb 
am I correct in saying apart from when strike was on
this is the most sailings ever missed in a year with nearly 11 months to go for this splendid ship
is age catching up

Could happen to any ship..not sure your point is really relevant?

She's not that old tbh.  A technical failure can happen to any ship (or anything else really), no matter how old.
