Vinga has been stuck in Rosslare due to the weather since Sunday afternoon.

Europe due to depart Belfast on 22nd at 10am according to Belfast harbour website

https://booking.belfast-harbour.co.uk/

Freight timetable seems to be adjusting on a daily basis

https://www.stenalinefreight.com/timetable/

Vinga does not seem to have the most reliable vessel for the Irish Sea given the level of cancellations on the Fishguard and Cherbourg services.

The weather in Rosslare this morning was so calm, not a breeze nor a wave to be seen, with sun shining, yet Vinga locked up (ramp up) and sailing cancelled ! Inishmore arrived around 10.40.

Vinga running in Cargo mode tomorrow according to Freight timetable.

Also noticed that while Europe is back on timetable from Dec 22nd, Premium tickets sold out until Jan 11th, possibly not back until Jan.

Europe is still moored in Belfast this morning (21st) so she needs to get a wiggle on to be back on timetable tomorrow.  Vinga running today as normal but I suspect subject to carrying restrictions as per the news channels this morning.  Passengers may be back in 48 hours or maybe not.  Until then, hauling freight only it seems.

Stena are bringing in the Foreteller to Rosslare scheduled to sail to Cherbourg at 18.00 tomorrow Tuesday. Horizon will sail at 22.00 tomorrow Tuesday as well. Foreteller hasn't left Lock Ryan yet.

Foreteller is on her way south late this afternoon.

Vinga has finished service on the Rosslare Fishguard service and is on the way to Rotterdam, and Stena Europe is still in Belfast and now not scheduled to depart until 21.00 tomorrow.

Stena Foreteller has departed Rosslare for Cherbourg with Stena Horizon due to leave later tonight in the last departure pre Christmas, on the route.

Stena Europe still scheduled to depart Belfast at 21.00, although destination shows Rosslare it is not scheduled to pick up sailings until Wednesday night?s departure from Fishguard. Passengers are not allowed to travel into Ireland from UK so will be primarily operating for freight and any passengers given permission to travel to Ireland.

Europe looks very well in images from Belfast, freshly painted and work carried out on stern doors and also internal steel work on the car decks.
