The Blue Star one is due to take over from the Isle of Inishmore‘s Rosslare – Pemborke sailings today, following regulatory inspections.
The latest addition to Irish Ferries fleet arrived in Rosslare on Easter Monday after a 5 day sailing from Greece.
Meanwhile, the Isle of Inishmore is due to dry dock in Brest, France today for refit, including alternations to her bow and stern loading ramps to allow for her to take up service between Dover and Calais. It is also expected work will be done to allow her to comply with stricter emissions controls on the English Channel.
